Test Your Sperm Quality For Free

At Born, we aim to promote openness and awareness about reproductive health and male fertility. That's why we now offer free, non-binding sperm evaluations at our locations. Want to know how your quality measures up? Just swing by your nearest Born branch. You don't even need to book an appointment.

Here's How a Sperm Test is Conducted:

  • Drop by one of our central locations in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Aalborg or Odense (you don't need to book an appointment, just show up at one of our locations).
  • Fill out a short document with your contact details, etc.
  • Provide your sperm sample in a small private room.
  • Hand over your sperm sample for evaluation to our friendly staff.
  • Await your test results via email or phone.

Note: To ensure that the sperm sample provides as accurate a result as possible, we recommend that at least 48 hours have passed since your last ejaculation when you come in for your sperm evaluation.

Why Test Your Sperm Quality?

Whether you're planning to expand your family in the near future, considering becoming a sperm donor, or simply want to understand your body better, there are many good reasons to test your sperm quality. Knowing the quality of your sperm allows you to take proactive steps to optimise your reproductive and overall health, if necessary, and make informed decisions about the future.

We assess your sperm by looking at the concentration of sperm cells and their mobility and movement pattern (motility). Based on that, we can determine whether you have normal sperm quality or reduced sperm quality and potential fertility issues.

It's quick, easy, AND free, so why not get it sorted now?

Become a Sperm Donor?

If you receive a good sperm evaluation, you can choose to continue the journey to become a sperm donor and help others who weren't as fortunate as you.
But don't worry, there are no obligations – you decide what's best for you.

If your evaluation wasn't as good as you hoped, remember that many factors can affect sperm quality, such as smoking, alcohol, sleep, stress, and illness. Therefore, the results of a sperm evaluation can also vary over time.

We recommend having a conversation with your own doctor if you're concerned, but there's actually a lot you can do to optimise your sperm quality on your own. You can read more about it here here
